My Little Blogger

Got this cute picture of Xavi posing as a laptop user. Isn’t he cute. He looks like he was caught in the act using the laptop! Very soon I know, we four will be competing against each other to use the laptop. For now, its all mine! Kuya is still watching TV in the wee hours of the evening. I don’t want to leave him or force him to sleep. Might as well blog while waiting for him fall as sleep.

Ate Johann

My eldest niece is Johann. She is already 11 years old. For a long time she was my only niece until recently my brother's daughter was born.

Johann, although already 11 , still has a tendency to act like her younger brothers. She still sometimes asks her yaya to spoon feed her for almost 2 hours! She needs to be told to drink her vitamins over and over again by lola. She needs to be reminded do her homework. This summer, she showed that she has developed a sense of responsibility.

I had a yaya for my kids a few months ago. Unfortunately she left us. I thought she just went out to hear mass but when I texted her, she told me her husband asked her to leave.

Anyway, for the whole summer my boys didn't have a yaya. Lola has to take care of both of my boys. Johann turned out to be a responsible ate. She took care of Matt and sometimes took care of Xavi. Before I leave for office she plays with Matt to make sure he won't cry when he sees me leave. She lets him watch his favorite cartoon movie "Twice upon a Christmas". She also plays with Xavi and sees to it that he won't cry.

I guess this summer she has matured a lot. She is now a turning to a responsible Ate. After all she's already 11. She is turning out to be a mature young lady.

Keep it up Ate Johann and thanks for the help...

"Oh No!"

My eldest kid's new cute expression is "Oh No!". Actually it sound more like "Oh Mo" but coming from a small kid with a serious face, it looks hilarious. Well, may be I'm just a proud mommy thats why I find it soooo cute!

I'm sure got it from his cousins Josh and Adee. They are his barkada as well as his role models. No wonder he is already fond of "Power Rangers" or "Superman" because these are his cousins' favorite. They spend their whole day together playing. They tag along lolo and lola specially when there are things to by in their favorite mall-SM!

Next week, It will just be Matt and Xavi because the Kuyas will be going back to school and the babies will have to stay home for now.

Tagaytay Escapade

Tagaytay Escapade

Last May 14, 2007, we went to Tagaytay with My sister's family and along with our mom. It was a smooth ride specially since we used their new Fortuner. Everybody was quite comfy in their own corner.

We ate out late lunch at Teriyaki Boy then we proceeded to Picnic Grove. At PG, the kids and Kuya Jojo and Ate Dang decided to take the eco trail. Matt and Leo went with them while Me, Xavi and Lola waited for them.

We enjoyed the view as well as the cool weather. There were also quite a number of people since it was a declared special holiday.

It was a very tiring day for me. I had backpains the day after. Imagine alternately carrying a 8 kg and a 10 kg kid. I'm glad Matt seemed to enjoy the view and the trip. So I guess the pain was worth it.

Thanks Kuya Jojo and Ate Dang of brining us along...

My Boys!

Let me introduce you to my Three boys... The youngest boy in my life... my bunso-Xavi Leon. Xavi is 5 months old. Wonder where I got his name...Well, its from a cartoon Matt and I used to watch. I think it was the script writer of "Connie the cow". It interesting and fits our requirement of a name starting with the letter "X". His second name from his father. Instead of tagging hims as the "Jr of the Jr", I just decided to get his nickname and give it to Xavi as a second name.

Xavi is a very sweet kid. Although he was a high-need baby during the first few months months, it was worth it. He turned out to be a sweet and happy baby. He never fails to make me feel how happy he is to see me. He is very emotional. Always ready to smile when contented and literally cries like a baby =).

Next in my list is Matt. His fullname is Xandrian Matthew. His name is a joint effort of Leo and I. Leo wanted a unique name that starts in "X". He found a name and modified it thus became Xandrian. I on the other hand loved watching "Friends" during my pregnancy and I loved "Chandler Bing" played by Matthew Perry. I really insisted that we get Matthew as the second name. Right now we call him "Matt" or "Mat-mat",

Matt, like Xavi is also very sweet, but he is also hot-tempered at times. He likes snuggling specially when I'm using the laptop. He loves to watch me or his dad play games be it in the laptop or the PS2. He is like a cheerer willing to shout and scream whenever we reach a goal. That's why when we aren't looking he plays with the laptop keyboard as if he is working.

Matt is very suplado. Right now he is at a stage of
"nangingilala". Sorry friends but at this stage he goes with only close relatives. He spends his day with his cousins. Thank God cause his cousins are already big kids that's why he tends to get what he wants from his Kuya Adee and Josh and Ate Johann.

Lastly, my eldest
alaga is my hubby Leo. We've been together for almost 6 years, married for 2 and a half years already. As you can see, we have 2 beautiful kids.

I guess what compliments us is our love for food! We loved to eat, eat and eat (obvious ba?). We also love watching movies. Actually, he loves watching movies. I just tag along and enjoy the show. One more thing we have in common is we both enjoy playing with our kids. We can spend the whole weekend at home in our room playing with them. We never get tired of seeing their antics.

Leo is a very funny guy. He is also very talkative. These blends to my personality because I tend to be shy and
"suplada" at times. So you see, Matt got his being "suplado" from me and Xavi got his being "politiko" from his dad.

These are my 3 boys. The love of my life. The joys in my my heart. My happy thoughts...

Life's A Gridlock

My friend Conne has been convincing me to create a blog. She even suggested to make a blog for me. After months and months of thought and almost a litter of coke light (that's why its already 12:45 and I'm still wide awake!), I finally decided to do it. Just for the sake of doing it.

Conne first introduced me to blogging when she sent me the link of PJ's blog. I enjoyed reading his blog, then Conne's blog then other people's blog. Its interesting to know about other people's life. Unfortunately I am not very eager to share mine.

I'm a very secretive person. They are lucky to have me in HR because my lips are sealed when it comes to secrets. I'm very apprehensive about sharing my life. Well maybe its not that bad. I think I am already enjoying this :-).

Life's gridlock... I just though of this title because of the game I'm playing while thinking of a title for my blog. Its a mind boggling puzzle introduced by my hubby. Wanna try it? Here's the link: http://www.tristancafe.com/games/.

Life is really a gridlock... a puzzle. Full of complications and yet in the end there will always be rewards... There are sadness but there will always be happiness.

So this is it! My initial blog. That's all for now. Got to get some snooze. In a few hours my hyper kids will be awake and I will have to be awake to play with them. I look forward to more blogging and an enjoyable weekend with Hubby and the kids.
